Quality Inn & Suites Lathrop

The place is older, but really well maintained. The registration staff were excellent. The breakfast was typical microwave fare but pretty well done. Plenty of fast food restaurants surround the property. I liked it. But, I still hate the new commercial programming. Makes me want to stay elsewhere.

Had n extended stay here, staff very friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to Shelly, Rebecca and Jesus. They made my stay enjoyable! Housekeeping was livery accommodating and friendly. All around great experience will stay here again when needed.

The staff is phenomenal here. Definitely needs a little bit of upgrades. A lot of blue collar workers stay at this hotel. I don't advise getting a room by the utility room where they wash all the linen or by the pool cuz it's noisier because the workers are in and out of the room. The amenities are exceptional they do have continental breakfast which is great if you ask me. It's right off the freeway so that's a big plus plenty of places to eat all around there's actually a food truck strip right across the street next to the Arco. I guess it's a new trend in California highly recommend stopping by that place if you're staying at the quality inn. If you don't feel like eating from a food truck there's a Denny's Jack in the box Taco Bell Carl's Jr all surrounding quality inn.. plenty of options. A big shout-out to Abel Kayla and Rebecca they are the front desk staff that I had a pleasant experience with.

Staying here while my truck is getting repaired. Room was clean no roaches or bed beds. Room was clean and new remodeled. It also have plenty of food restaurants locations close by within walking distance, Dennys, Popeyes, Jack, KFC & A&W, McDonald, Carl Jr, and a couple of India restaurants.

From the VERY start, AMAZING STAY! Shelly checked me in. She was friendly, helpful, professional, funny, and pretty! The ENTIRE motel was exceptionally clean, despite the website stating they are doing some renovations!? The room was clean, very quiet, and HUGE! Everything in the room worked, even! Plus, there was a bedroom and separate "living room" area=2 TVs!!! The Pool/Hot Tub area was inviting, and as soon as Shelly saw me headed to the Hot Tub, she quickly called up the nice maintenance man to grab up the leaves that had blown into it. It was HOTT, and totally soothed away my aches n pains. There was no traffic, no loud parties, no drama.

The room was clean, staff was friendly when I needed to get back into my room after check-out. Maid service was not intrusive or otherwise obnoxious. I appreciated that this hotel allowed dogs and also the King sized bed. Check-in was easy and there was ample amounts of parking at this location. Lots of food options in the area as well.

The rooms pretty tiny, but cozy. The bed itself is really soft, it was comfortable to sleep on it. The hotel has breakfast but the varieties of food ware pretty poor. Location for me worked great as it was 2 minutes away from the soccer complex we come to. Friendly stuff.

All very convenient, clean, quiet , affordable and very well located.
